We do not use this website to profile you, and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

4. Who we share data with
The website is served by our hosting and content-delivery provider (currently Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical log data on our behalf as a processor. Email is handled by our business email provider. We do not use any other third-party services on this site.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process limited technical data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or a UK adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep data
- Email correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable business-record period thereafter, then deleted.
- Technical logs: retained briefly by our hosting provider according to their standard retention (typically days to weeks), not by us.
