Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This privacy policy explains how CarefAI Ltd ("CarefAI", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website (the CarefAI company website) or contact us. We keep this site deliberately simple: it exists to explain who we are — not to collect your data.

In short: this website has no user accounts, no marketing trackers and no advertising. We only process personal data you choose to send us (e.g. by email), plus the minimal technical logs our hosting provider needs to serve and secure the site.

1. Who we are

CarefAI Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16493703), registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@carefai.com. CarefAI Ltd is the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

4. Who we share data with

The website is served by our hosting and content-delivery provider (currently Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical log data on our behalf as a processor. Email is handled by our business email provider. We do not use any other third-party services on this site.

Our providers may process limited technical data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or a UK adequacy decision.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. 8. Children

This website is aimed at professional and adult audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy
